Southern Landscape Group, Inc. in Virginia is seeking a Sales Manager to develop and execute annual sales goals. You will lead, coach and build a high-performing sales team, recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating members to sell collectively rather than rely on a single book of business.

You will manage commissions, cost books, proposals, and partnerships with production, design and estimating teams to ensure deliverables. Strong leadership, communication, and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sales operations and growth
• Ability to build and maintain sales pipeline
• Proficiency with technology including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
• Proven track record leading and developing salespeople
• Ability to use metrics to drive growth
