Job summary

Ulteig is seeking a Senior Land Surveyor with multiple PLS licenses to lead project teams across transportation and municipal markets. You will guide field crews through proposals, design, and construction while ensuring quality, schedules, and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Travel up to 50% and US work authorization are required; a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires PLS license in one or more of the following states: TX, WY, KS, NV, UT, AZ, ND.
• Analytical, self-motivated with ability to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with staff, clients, and external agencies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with clear expectations and timeliness.
• Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
• Authorization to work permanently in the US and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead survey activities during proposals, design, and construction.
• Provide project oversight and manage survey scope per contracts; assist in change orders; maintain schedules.
• Maintain quality and responsiveness to meet client expectations.
• Oversee survey teams on assigned projects.
