KLJ seeks a seasoned Professional Land Surveyor to lead survey operations, providing technical oversight for capturing, modeling, and interpreting spatial data to guide engineering design and decisions. You will oversee field investigations, boundary and topographic surveys, and ensure accuracy across multi-site projects.

Collaborate with project managers, clients, and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results that meet industry standards.

Formación

• Associate Degree in Surveying, GIS or related field.
• 5–7 years post-education surveying experience with easements, rights of way, plats, and GPS surveys.
• Professional Survey Licensure required.
• Experience with public and private sector work and boundary analyses.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, conduct, and review surveys and reports from field teams and records.
• Research legal and survey records to determine property boundaries.
• Prepare and oversee field data processing, maps, plats, and easement exhibits.
• Coordinate modeling and preparation of survey maps and tabular data.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations explaining findings and recommendations.
• Ensure QA/QC and compliance with project guidelines and standards.
• Supervise field and office staff and support project managers.
