Job summary

Blew & Associates, P.A. is a national firm specializing in land surveying, engineering, and environmental services. We seek a Professional Land Surveyor to lead survey crews, review deeds and titles, and perform detailed analyses at town, county, and state levels.

You will evaluate surveys, field notes, and maps, perform calculations, and communicate daily with crews and management to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required; multi-state licensure a plus.
• Field and office survey experience essential with attention to detail.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating revenue.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for collaboration and direction.
• Experience managing survey crews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee survey technicians and manage fieldwork (boundary, easement, deed, title reviews).
• Evaluate surveys, field notes, maps, and aerials to identify constraints and plan timely, budget-friendly approaches.
• Perform quantity and volume calculations and coordinate with crew chiefs and operations.
• Collaborate with drafting/design/operations for status updates and plan revisions.
