Job summary

Blew & Associates, P.A. is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to lead survey technicians and manage field operations across projects.

You will review boundary, easement, deed, and title matters, and perform research at town, county, and state levels while coordinating with drafting and operations teams. Applicants must hold a valid PLS license (multi-state licensure a plus) and have field and office surveying experience.

Qualifications

• Valid PLS license required; multi-state licensure a plus.
• Field and office surveying experience required.
• Proven track record in acquiring new clients and revenue.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to grow with the company.
• Experience managing survey crews.
• Self-motivated; able to work remotely.
• Experience with AutoCAD or Carlson Survey; Quickbase a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage survey technicians.
• Perform boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews and conduct research at town, county, and state levels.
• Evaluate surveys, field notes, maps, aerial photos to identify constraints and approach.
• Calculate quantities and volumes; communicate with crew chiefs daily.
• Collaborate with drafting managers and design staff for status updates and revisions.
