Job summary

The Fischer Group seeks an experienced Senior Land Operations Coordinator to support land acquisition and development by organizing recurring workflows, intake quality, records, and reporting. The role requires coordinating cross-functional handoffs and maintaining documentation to ensure timely community readiness and delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of experience in land operations, land acquisition support, land development support, business operations, project coordination, or a related role.
• Intermediate Excel and proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Word, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Sales Release workflows by tracking readiness and organizing documentation.
• Own intake-list quality and ensure community setup information is complete and routed correctly.
• Serve as backup for initial-entry and update workflows within the operating model.
• Review system updates, reports, trackers, and documentation for completeness and follow-up.
• Monitor workflow status and deadlines; drive follow-up and elevate risks.
• Coordinate recurring reporting support and audit preparation; perform data-quality checks.
• Maintain utility information and support data accuracy across processes.
• Assist with onboarding and training on standard systems and recurring workflows.
• Identify process gaps and document improvements for management.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Two-year or four-year degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Construction Management, Land Development, or related field
