Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years in real estate land acquisition.
• Experience negotiating and analyzing land deals.
• Ability to develop strategies and feasibil ity analyses.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic locations and secure land at competitive prices.
• Assess financing alternatives for land purchases.
• Prepare feasibility analyses for parcels and develop cost estimates.
• Develop site cash flow models and preliminary financial projections.
