Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Secure adequate supplies of desired properties at competitive prices in strategic locations.
• Identify alternative financing forms for land purchases.
• Prepare feasibility analyses to determine land feasibility and desirability.
• Develop conceptual and preliminary cost estimates and cash flow models for the total site.
