Job summary

Fischer Homes is seeking a Senior Land Operations Coordinator to support land acquisition and development by organizing workflows, ensuring data quality, and driving projects forward.

In this role you will manage Sales Release readiness, intake quality, records, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain continuity across land operations.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of experience in land operations or related roles.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Word, SharePoint).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Sales Release workflows by tracking readiness, organizing documentation, and following up on missing items.
• Own intake-list quality and ensure community setup information is complete and routed correctly.
• Review system updates, reports, trackers, and documentation for completeness and follow-up.
• Monitor workflow status and deadlines; escalate risks before they affect delivery.
• Support reporting and audit preparation, perform data-quality checks, and address discrepancies.
• Maintain templates, checklists, trackers, and provide peer support and onboarding.
• Identify process gaps and document improvements for management review.
