LJA Land Development in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Project Manager to interpret, organize, execute and coordinate engineering for land development projects including residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, resort, infrastructure, and attraction of various sizes.

You will lead project teams, manage budgets, schedules, and client communications, and provide engineering leadership from due diligence through final design and construction, with employee ownership as a key incentive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer license.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in land development design and management.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate land development projects from planning through construction.
• Budget, schedule, and manage outside consultants.
• Prepare civil design drawings and specifications.
• Perform engineering calculations and feasibility analyses.
• Prepare technical reports and client presentations.
• Provide leadership to project engineers and designers.
