Job summary

PulteGroup is seeking a project management professional to oversee budgets, schedules, and development activities across our national homebuilding projects. This role reports to the Development team and requires strong leadership in coordinating with municipalities, engineers, and contractors to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate will bring a university degree, 4–6 years of relevant experience, and proven ability to manage complex budgets and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; 4–6 years of relevant project management experience.
• Broad knowledge of project management principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budget, schedule, cash flow in accordance with Division goals.
• Coordinate with municipalities and government agencies from entitlement to final acceptance.
• Solicit, analyze, and award land trade bids and contracts.
• Manage development trade contracts and development schedules.
• Review design documents, site plans, improvement plans and plats for coordination and accuracy.
• Check availability and location of utilities (sanitary sewer, water, gas, storm management).
• Review development invoices and approve budgets.
• Coordinate contractors, inspectors, engineers, and master developers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
