Job summary

PulteGroup, Inc. in the United States seeks a seasoned Project Manager to drive development projects from entitlement through final acceptance.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder coordination across municipalities, engineers, and contractors to deliver on-time results. Candidates should have 4–6 years of relevant experience, a university degree, and strong Excel and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4–6 years of relevant construction or development experience.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project budget, schedule, cash flow in accordance with Division goals.
  • Coordinate with municipalities and government agencies from entitlement to final acceptance.
  • Solicit, analyze, and award land trade bids and contracts.
  • Manage development trade contracts and development schedules.
  • Review design documents and site plans for coordination and accuracy; check utilities access and development fees.
  • Manage field efforts related to storm water and air pollution compliance.
  • Coordinate contractors, inspectors, engineers, and master developers.
  • Continuously manage and update project budgets for contracted and future work.
  • Review, confirm and approve development invoices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
