Job summary

PulteGroup is seeking a Land Development Project Coordinator to drive coordination from permits to turnover and bond exoneration. This role requires collaboration with utilities, trades, and entitlement teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or business, plus at least 3 years of related experience and a valid driver’s license. Strong computer and contract skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License because driving is an essential function of this position.
• Related Functional Experience: Minimum of 3 years.
• Experience with material testing or survey a plus.
• Strong computer and contract skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate land development construction with power, telephone and gas companies.
• Assist in project planning and coordination efforts with vertical construction.
• Manage development trades and schedules in accordance with Divisions goals; support entitlement staff in budgets and schedules.
• Assist in preparing cost analyses.
• Support trade bidding and contracting efforts.
• Prepare and track work orders and forward to contract administration for payment.
• Support field efforts related to storm water and air pollution compliance.
• Monitor progress of land development projects.
• Provide Project Manager with reports on progress and issues needing attention.
• Assist in delivering projects according to quality, timing and budget specifications.
• Assist Project Manager with special projects or other activities as required.
