Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning and coordination for land development with vertical construction.
• Coordinate land development construction with power, telephone and gas companies.
• Manage development trades and schedules aligned with divisional goals.
• Assist in entitlement process with Land Development Project Manager and authorities.
• Support and monitor development progress; provide reports on progress and issues.
• Help deliver projects according to quality, timing and budget specifications.
