Responsibilities include coordinating with government agencies, managing budgets and schedules, and overseeing contractors. Ideal candidates will have at least 4-6 years of relevant experience and a university degree. This position requires onsite attendance and a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 4-6 years of prior relevant experience in project management.
• Broad knowledge of the area typically obtained through advanced education.
• Practical knowledge of program or project management may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budget, schedule, and cash flow.
• Coordinate with municipalities and other government agencies.
• Solicit, analyze, and award land trade bids and contracts.
• Manage development trade contracts and schedules.
• Review design documents for accuracy and utility access.
• Manage field efforts related to environmental compliance.
• Coordinate contractors, inspectors, and engineers.
• Continuously update project budgets for future work.
• Review and approve development invoices.
