Job summary

PulteGroup is seeking a Residential Land Project Manager based in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves managing all aspects of residential land development projects while ensuring quality and budget standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with government agencies, managing budgets and schedules, and overseeing contractors. Ideal candidates will have at least 4-6 years of relevant experience and a university degree. This position requires onsite attendance and a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Qualifications

  • Must have minimum 4-6 years of prior relevant experience in project management.
  • Broad knowledge of the area typically obtained through advanced education.
  • Practical knowledge of program or project management may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project budget, schedule, and cash flow.
  • Coordinate with municipalities and other government agencies.
  • Solicit, analyze, and award land trade bids and contracts.
  • Manage development trade contracts and schedules.
  • Review design documents for accuracy and utility access.
  • Manage field efforts related to environmental compliance.
  • Coordinate contractors, inspectors, and engineers.
  • Continuously update project budgets for future work.
  • Review and approve development invoices.
