Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 10 years of civil engineering experience with 4+ years in a PM role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client development, marketing, and pursuit strategies to win new work.
• Oversee full lifecycle of land development civil projects from concept to construction.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and quality across multiple projects.
• Direct civil engineering teams and coordinate with multidisciplinary disciplines.
• Ensure projects meet profitability, QA/QC standards, and client expectations.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and qualification packages.
