Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Project Manager for its Land Development division to support a growing specialist team delivering large-scale, high-profile site projects. You will work with an experienced group providing high-level services to a broad client base.

The role requires hands-on land development, real estate development and/or construction experience, and involves client consultations, site visits, feasibility analysis and construction oversight.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documentation.
• Ability to write effective reports and correspondence.
• Construction document and 3D production ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage land development civil engineering projects efficiently, meeting schedules and budgets.
• Consult with clients to define project requirements.
• Analyze reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests and aerial photographs covering soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics and other data to plan and design projects.
• Visit project sites to assess existing conditions.
• Calculate costs and determine project feasibility from the data collected.
• Prepare reports, designs, specifications, plans and construction administration.
• Carry out periodic on-site observations during construction to monitor progress and conformance with plans.
