Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Project Manager for our Dallas civil engineering team, overseeing land development projects from entitlement through construction. You will coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, manage schedules and budgets, and serve as the primary client contact.

You'll mentor junior staff, review technical documents, and support business development, with hybrid work and a clear path to senior leadership through a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• 5+ years of land development experience; experience managing project budgets and client relationships.
• Knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater, and site development design.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D is beneficial.

Responsibilities
