LVI Associates in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a Civil Project Manager to lead residential and commercial land development projects across the Phoenix market. You will manage projects from concept through completion, serving as a trusted advisor to clients and mentoring technical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license required.
• 4-6+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial land development.
• Strong understanding of local development regulations, permitting requirements, and construction practices.
• Experience managing project teams, client relationships, budgets, and schedules.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience with project management and document control software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects from proposal through construction and project closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, scopes, contracts, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Oversee entitlement, permitting, and development review processes.
• Solve complex engineering and design challenges while maintaining project profitability.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts.
