Job summary

McClure Engineering Company is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead complex civil engineering projects within the Development team. You will mentor junior members, guide design leadership, and ensure high-quality deliverables while acting as a technical thought leader both internally and with clients.

The Senior PE will manage scheduling, budgets, and staffing, while coordinating with Project Managers to meet milestones and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• PE license is required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery team and coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Lead QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
