Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years direct experience in Land Development or consulting work in Land Development
• Minimum of 7 years experience in project management, working on projects engaging directly with municipalities, AHJs, and utility districts to drive appropriate resolutions to development
• Minimum of 7 years of combined working experience in the land development, design, permitting, and construction industrie.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with land use, planning, and development experts to streamline end-to-end development processes.
• Work across multiple teams and departments to eliminate gaps and ensure cohesive project execution.
• Lead cross-functional coordination during review, due diligence, design, and permitting phases of data center projects.
• Establish and manage delivery teams tailored to the needs of each development project.
• Bring commercial and practical experience to overcome complex land development challenges.
• Ensure development timelines are met to support timely construction of critical infrastructure.
• Identify risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Implement and enforce efficient development practices to achieve organizational business targets.
• Act as a central point of accountability for development-phase milestones across multiple projects.
• Communicate progress and challenges to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Onsite at client site: the work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery.
• Some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
