Job summary

GDIT seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to support a high-availability environment, managing configuration, deployment, monitoring, backups, and security compliance across LAMP stacks and RHEL systems in a federal context.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, US security considerations as applicable, and collaboration with development and security teams to meet FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST standards. Hybrid telecommuting is available.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of infrastructure support experience, preferably with a major federal IT system.
• Experience and knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with open-source LAMP application stack.

Responsibilities

• Configuration management related to server, network, and software stack elements (LAMP).
• Coordinate changes with other organizations for server, network, and software elements.
• Assist development teams with installation and configuration of deployments.
• Resolve trouble reports and outages to maintain uptime.
• Ensure production components meet performance requirements.
