Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of all employer-employee relationships with policies, contracts, regulations, and laws.
• Coordinate employee and labour relations programs to ensure policy adherence.
• Represent the organization in contract negotiations with labour unions.
• Gather and analyze bargaining trends and regulatory changes to assess impact.
• Interpret and translate labour law into workplace changes; monitor updates.
