Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR experience.
• Coaching and advising managers on employee performance and corrective action.
• Conducting Employee Relations investigations.
• Interpreting HR policies and advising both employees and managers on their application.
• Conducting exit interviews and using employee feedback to identify trends or opportunities for organizational improvement.
• Maintaining, updating, or contributing to employee handbooks, HR policies, or procedures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on performance management, corrective action, and workplace matters.
• Advise employees and leaders on HR policies and their application.
• Manage Employee Relations matters including disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Conduct workplace investigations into misconduct and other concerns.
• Administer appeal and grievance processes with recommendations for actions.
• Support New Employee Orientation and Form I-9 completion.
• Address unemployment matters and participate in unemployment hearings as needed.
• Respond to employee questions and connect employees with resources.
• Support HR initiatives like development, recognition, and recruiting events.
• Attend required training, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
