• Develop and execute strategic plans and roadmaps for the nonwoven’s portfolio.
• Partner with division laboratory and manufacturing teams to deploy technologies into production.
• Shape and execute intellectual property strategies and support patent and trade secret development.
• Build organizational capabilities through coaching, talent development, succession planning, and effective leadership.
• Ensure all environmental, health, and safety expectations are integrated into the culture and daily activities of the team.
