3M is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our Maplewood, MN team on-site. You will lead quality initiatives across NPI, collaborate with Lab, Product Engineer, Application Engineer, and Manufacturing, and drive VOC-based quality plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in science or engineering (completed and verified).
Two years of combined plant experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Quality Engineering and/or Product Engineering.
Experience with cross-functional teams and quality tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Design for Quality efforts for new product commercialization and change-management projects with cross-functional teams.
Provide statistical insights via control charts, SPC/SQC, and experimental design.
Translate VOC into robust quality plans and ensure factory-level execution.
Identify quality improvement opportunities and track KPIs (COQ, LSS savings).
Collaborate with Lab, Product Engineer, Application Engineer, and Manufacturing to drive QA processes.
