Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Five years of experience in technology or product development in private, public, government or military environments.
• Supervisory leadership, EH&S leadership, IP strategy development and cross-functional collaboration are valued.

Responsibilities

• Leading the nonwovens team to develop the next generation of nonwoven processes and products.
• Developing and executing strategic plans and roadmaps for the nonwoven’s portfolio.
• Partnering with division laboratory and manufacturing teams to deploy technologies into production.
• Shaping and executing intellectual property strategies and supporting patent and trade secret development.
• Building organizational capabilities through coaching, talent development, succession planning, and effective leadership.
• Ensuring all environmental, health, and safety expectations are integrated into the culture and daily activities.
