Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is required.
• 5+ years of relevant project management experience is required.
• Proficiency in CPM scheduling, cost modeling, risk analysis, and client/vendor management is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and daily leadership for JLL project teams and serve as the primary client contact.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, quality, and risk across planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Create and execute project execution plans, communicate strategies, and facilitate project meetings with stakeholders.
