Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of LIMS, ELN, SDMS, and related laboratory applications.
  • Serve as the primary laboratory informatics subject matter expert and internal point of contact for the implementation.
  • Partner with laboratory, scientific, quality, IT, and business stakeholders to understand workflows, identify pain points, and define future-state processes.
  • Coordinate with software vendors and implementation partners to evaluate functionality, resolve questions, and maintain project alignment.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, technical, and client-specific configuration requirements.

  • Coordinate requirements reviews, design sessions, testing activities, and user acceptance testing.
  • Partner with the validation and quality teams to plan and complete GxP computer system validation activities.
  • Support the development and review of validation deliverables, including user requirements, functional specifications, risk assessments, test scripts, traceability documentation, deviations, and validation reports.
  • Assist with change control, issue management, remediation, and inspection readiness activities.
  • Support user training, standard operating procedures, business process updates, and change management.
  • Provide post-deployment support and help establish appropriate system governance, administration, and continuous improvement practices.
