Job summary

PS is seeking a Labor Relations Manager to lead labor relations strategy across operations, People, Employee Relations, and Legal. You will administer CBAs, manage grievances and investigations, and coordinate union communications, with a focus on balancing operational needs and employee experience.

You will report to the Vice President of People and operate from our HQ and LAX, in a fast-paced hospitality setting that values service and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of labor relations experience, preferably in hospitality, airport operations, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary labor relations partner for unionized workgroups in operations.
• Administer and interpret collective bargaining agreements, ensuring consistent application across departments and leaders.
• Lead or support workplace investigations involving represented employees.
• Manage grievance, mediation, arbitration, and settlement processes.
• Support collective bargaining preparation and negotiations, including data review and leadership alignment.
• Provide guidance to leaders on labor obligations, union protocols, and documentation standards.
