Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Counsel with expertise in labor management relations. The ideal candidate will have more than seven years of experience in traditional labor matters and a California license to practice law.

You will advise employers on labor relations strategy, handle grievances and arbitrations, manage union organizing campaigns, and represent employers before the National Labor Relations Board. A JD and California Bar License are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in labor management relations.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Experience with collective bargaining and labor arbitrations.

Responsibilities

• Advise employers on labor relations strategy and collective bargaining.
• Administer grievances and handle labor arbitrations.
• Manage union organizing campaigns and provide employment counseling.
• Represent employers in administrative trials before the National Labor Relations Board.
• Address labor issues in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions.
