Job summary

Day & Zimmermann, Inc. seeks a Senior Labor Processing & Automation Analyst to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of labor-related workforce transactions across Yoh and Federal Services activities.

You will oversee weekly time entry processing, adjustments, reconciliations, and exception resolution, collaborating with Payroll, Finance, Operations, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to meet deadlines and improve accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required as a baseline credential.
• Five+ years in labor processing, payroll and timekeeping systems, VMS support or related operations.
• Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) and automated workflows.
• Ability to learn new technologies and stay compliant with data privacy rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support by monitoring VMS time processing and RPA workflows.
• End-to-end processing of labor transactions, including time entry and adjustments.
• Investigate and address exceptions with cross-functional partners for corrections.
• Perform reconciliations, validations and quality checks on labor transactions.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 and document impact analyses.
• Support audits, onboarding initiatives and compliance documentation.
