Job summary

Day & Zimmermann Company in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking a Senior Labor Processing & Automation Analyst to ensure accurate labor transactions, payroll accuracy, and compliant billing across Federal Services. You will oversee weekly time entry, adjustments, and reconciliations with Tier 1 support for VMS and RPA workflows.

Collaborate with payroll, finance, IT, and vendors to resolve exceptions and monitor data quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive experience in labor processing, payroll, timekeeping, VMS support, or RPA/automation.
• Experience with high‑volume exception handling and cross‑functional stakeholder support.
• Ability to learn new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 operational support for VMS time processing and RPA workflows, serving as first contact for inquiries and issue diagnosis.
• Manage end-to-end processing of labor transactions, time entries, adjustments, and verified collection activities with proper coding and compliance.
• Investigate and address exceptions (missing, rejected, duplicate, incorrect records) coordinating with managers, payroll, finance, and external partners.
• Conduct reconciliations, validations, quality checks, and monitor work queues to ensure accurate processing and issue resolution.
• Escalate complex automation or system issues to Tier 2 support and IT/development teams with clear impact analyses.
• Support compliance, testing, audits, and onboarding for labor processing and automation workflows.
