Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Senior Analyst, Labor Planning & Deployment Scheduling to coordinate resources across construction, merchandising, retail operations, and deployment, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.

This hybrid role requires on-site work Monday through Thursday at the Richfield corporate office, with Fridays available remote; you will analyze labor demand, manage schedules, and provide insights to support planning and execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, workforce planning, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage labor and deployment schedules for store initiatives and projects.
• Analyze labor demand, capacity, and project timelines to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure deployment readiness.
• Monitor project execution and help resolve scheduling and deployment issues.
• Provide reporting and insights that support planning and decision-making.
• Help improve processes, tools, and forecasting accuracy across the team.
