SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Counsel, Labor & Employment Litigation to represent the business in a broad range of disputes, with emphasis on labor and employment matters both in the U.S. and internationally.

The role requires JD from an ABA-accredited law school, 7+ years of experience, and strong dispute resolution and trial capabilities. Onsite in Redmond, WA, with travel as needed and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• 7+ years of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Experience litigating labor and employment disputes.

Responsabilités

• Manage all facets of litigation with a focus on labor and employment disputes.
• Conduct internal investigations; support discovery efforts; draft and review discovery requests/responses, pleadings, and briefs; direct litigation strategy; negotiate settlements.
• Identify legal risks and mitigate them by designing and implementing controls.
