SpaceX in Redmond, WA is seeking a Litigation Counsel to represent the business in labor and employment matters across the United States and internationally, with opportunities to handle additional dispute types.

You will manage all facets of litigation, conduct internal investigations, support discovery, draft pleadings, and help shape strategy. A J.D. from an ABA-accredited school and 5+ years of practice, including California labor and employment disputes, are required.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA accredited law school.
• 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Experience litigating labor and employment disputes in California.

Responsabilités

• Manage all facets of litigation, with a focus on labor and employment disputes but with opportunities to expand your portfolio to include consumer, contractual, commercial, or other kinds of legal disputes
• Conduct internal investigations; support discovery efforts; draft and review discovery requests/responses, pleadings, and briefs; direct litigation strategy; and negotiate settlements
• Identify legal risks and mitigate them by designing and implementing controls
