Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of litigation, with a focus on labor and employment disputes.
• Conduct internal investigations; support discovery; draft and review pleadings and briefs; direct litigation strategy; and negotiate settlements.
• Identify legal risks and mitigate them by designing and implementing controls.
