The role supports both litigation and advisory matters, with potential Income Principal opportunities for highly portable business. Requirements include 6–12 years of labor and employment experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and an active WA Bar license (Oregon Bar a plus).

Qualifications

• 6-12 years of labor and employment law experience.
• Broad experience in employment litigation, counseling, and compliance.
• Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide effective and efficient client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to independently manage significant responsibilities and multiple matters.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Demonstrated interest in business development.
• Active Washington State Bar license required.
• Oregon Bar admission is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle single-plaintiff and class-action employment litigation.
• Advise employers on employment law and workplace matters.
• Handle discrimination, harassment, wage/hour, leaves, and disability accommodations.
• Draft and review employment agreements, settlements, policies, and handbooks.
• Provide direct client counseling and develop client relationships.
• Independently manage multiple matters and collaborate with attorneys.
• Participate in business development and support practice-group growth.
• Labor relations experience, including bargaining, is a plus.
