Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced labor and employment attorney for its Seattle Practice group as an Associate or Counsel. The role may elevate to Income Principal for candidates with a portable book of business.

The ideal candidate will have 6–12 years of labor and employment experience, a Washington State license, and a strong track record in litigation, drafting, and client service. Oregon license is a plus; opportunity for business development and leadership within the team.

Qualifications

  • 6–12 years of experience in labor and employment law.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
  • Strong client-service approach and communication skills.
  • License to practice law in Washington State; Oregon license is a plus.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Certification: License to practice law in Washington State.
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills.
  • Interest or experience in traditional labor legal advice or collective bargaining.
  • Experience with Oregon litigation or employment law is a plus.
