Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Washington and admitted to the WA bar.
• Minimum two years of employment litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and writing ability.
• Experience assisting senior attorneys and second-chairing trials; EEOC/WSHRC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys with all aspects of employment litigation.
• Interview witnesses, communicate with clients and opposing counsel.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
• Prepare for and assist with trial, including witness/exhibit disclosures.
• Support trial teams as second chair.
