Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California.
• Experience defending single plaintiff litigation matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and reasonable accommodation.
• Experience with PAGA matters.
• Experience with class actions.
• Ability to work cases from start to finish, independently.
• Strong research, writing skills and an academic record.
• Experience drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery.
• Experience drafting and arguing motions including dispositive and discovery motions.
• Experience taking and defending depositions, including plaintiffs and corporate witnesses.
• Experience in employment counseling on federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Smaller portable book would be ideal; but not required.
