• Must be licensed to practice law in the state where the office resides in addition to California.
• Experience defending single plaintiff matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage/hour, and reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Defend single plaintiff litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and reasonable accommodation.
• Manage PAGA matters and supervise class/representative actions when required.
• Work independently on day-to-day case responsibilities while collaborating with partners, associates, and clients.
• Draft and respond to initial pleadings and discovery; argue motions including dispositive and discovery motions.
• Conduct and defend depositions, including plaintiff and corporate witness depositions; assist in all phases of litigation.
