The role requires strong research and writing skills, experience defending matters through all phases of litigation, and the ability to work collaboratively with partners and clients.

Qualifications

• JD required and active license in the state where the office resides.
• Must be licensed to practice in California in addition to the office state.
• 4–6 years of relevant labor & employment experience.
• Experience defending against single plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and wage/hour claims.
• Trial experience is a plus; ability to manage matters across all phases of litigation.
• Strong research and writing skills with an excellent academic record.
• Willingness to work in-office ~three days per week.
