Emerzian Law Group is seeking an experienced labor and employment attorney to join its CA management-side practice. This role supports a robust L&E practice serving public agencies, nonprofits, and private employers, with a strong focus on investigations and complex litigation.

Full- or part-time work is considered, with remote work options and competitive compensation (105k–200k+ USD DOE). The ideal candidate has at least three years in private sector L&E, CA JD, and CA bar, with leadership

Qualifications

• At least three years of private sector labor and employment law in a law firm.
• Experience advising employers in management-side labor and employment matters.
• California JD and CA bar eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Support the L&E practice for client matters and investigations.
• Supervise less experienced attorneys and provide mentorship.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines with strong client communication.
• Contribute to business development and maintaining client relationships.
