Jobgether seeks an experienced employment litigation attorney to manage federal and state disputes, respond to EEOC matters, and oversee investigations. You will draft pleadings, handle discovery, and advocate in mediations while collaborating with senior partners.

This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling and merit-based bonuses, with compensation starting at $105 per hour in California and related states.

Competenze

• 5+ years of labor and employment litigation experience, preferably representing employers.
• Proven ability to draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery, and prepare summary judgments.
• Experience with EEOC charges, investigations, and related proceedings.

Mansioni

• Manage Employment Litigation in federal/state courts and prepare responsive pleadings.
• Represent clients in EEOC charges and administrative proceedings.
• Defend workplace investigations, manage discovery, and participate in mediations.
• Negotiate dispute resolutions and support settlement discussions.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex employment matters.
• Handle workloads independently with flexible scheduling and hourly work model.
