Qualifications

• Seven years experience in labor compliance within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of the laws surrounding labor.
• Familiarity with construction industry contract types and language relevant to labor compliance.
• Ability to interpret Government and other regulations for applicability to the business.
• Current on industry issues related to labor compliance.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Corporate Labor Compliance Program across the company.
• Lead the labor compliance group in collaboration with Operations and SI Departments.
• Coordinate and perform periodic internal audits of labor compliance procedures.
• Monitor applicable laws and regulations; share best control practices and implement changes.
• Manage investigations of identified compliance issues with business leadership.
• Participate in external reviews, audits, and inquiries with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and develop training on labor compliance efforts.
• Attend external training and engage in industry compliance organizations.
