Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Labor Compliance Specialist to lead the labor compliance program across our nationwide projects. This role may be remote or based in our San Diego, CA office, with interview discussions to finalize location expectations.

Responsibilities include audits, regulatory monitoring, investigations, training, and collaboration with Operations and other departments to ensure compliance across solar, storage, and substation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Seven years experience in labor compliance within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of labor laws and applicable regulations.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and relevant language.
• Ability to interpret government regulations and apply to the business.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the labor compliance group across the company.
• Oversee the Corporate Labor Compliance Program with Operations and other departments.
• Coordinate and perform periodic internal audits of labor compliance procedures.
• Monitor laws and regulations; share best practices and advise changes.
• Investigate identified compliance issues with leadership and departments.
• Participate in third-party/government reviews and inquiries.
• Develop and deliver labor compliance training.
• Attend external training and industry compliance organizations.
