Qualifications

• Seven years experience in labor compliance in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of the laws surrounding labor.
• Familiarity with construction industry contract types and language, particularly as it relates to labor compliance.
• Ability to comprehend Government and other regulations and determine proper applicability to Company’s business.
• Current on industry issues related to labor compliance, and as they apply to the Industry.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Corporate Labor Compliance Program.
• Coordinate periodic internal audits of labor compliance procedures.
• Monitor applicable laws and regulations impacting labor compliance.
• Identify and share best practices, including software, for labor compliance.
• Investigate identified or reported compliance issues with leadership teams.
• Participate in third party and government reviews, audits and inquiries.
• Develop and participate in training on labor compliance.
• Attend external training and engage in industry compliance organizations.
