PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee Applied Behavior Analysis service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support professional growth of teams. English/Spanish bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure is required in accordance with local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s program under WAC 246-805-210; complete 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
