Veolia is hiring a Lab Pack Chemist to support hazardous waste handling, packaging, and shipping across multiple sites. You will perform on-site services, ensure compliant documentation, and assist the sales team with estimates for lab pack work. A CDL with HazMat, OSHA HAZWOPER, and 2+ years of experience are required.

Travel up to 20% is expected. Starting pay ranges from $37.00 to $38.00 hourly, with benefits including health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• CDL with HazMat endorsement and a clean driving record.
• 2+ years lab pack experience and OSHA HAZWOPER certification.
• Travel up to 20% and ability to lift and move heavy loads.
• Strong understanding of EPA/DOT regulations and shipping docs.
• Basic chemistry knowledge and PPE training including respirators.

Responsabilités

• Handle hazardous materials per Lab Pack policies and applicable regs.
• Perform onsite services including waste collection, packing and sampling.
• Prepare shipments with proper labeling and loading.
• Complete shipping papers and regulatory documentation accurately.
• Maintain CDL HazMat endorsement and assist field teams as needed.
• Lead field service and lab pack jobs with multiple personnel.
